Just curious what medications were administered by nurses (?) on this assisted suicide? how frequent and what are the qualifying severe persistent mental illness? how many physicians have to agree on the diagnosis?

So patients then go home & die possibly alone or on the street?? Or else where?

Should the patient be competent enough to make that decision. Just curious when they have mental illness how does that work.
